Description

Renowned Jesuit retreat leader Eric Jensen, S.J., leads spiritual seekers through Luke’s Gospel as they meditate on Christ’s spoken and unspoken bond with his Father. Borne out of Jensen’s own successful retreat methods, Entering Christ’s Prayer is practical and thought provoking, drawing readers deeper into the prayer of Jesus Christ as they contemplate their own relationship with God. This guided spiritual experience is ideal for individual use or group retreats. Using methods from Ignatian spirituality, thirty-two different readings from Luke’s Gospel are organized to achieve a deeper and more Christ-like connection with God.

“Invaluable.”

“An invaluable resource for all who seek to deepen their life in Christ through a sustained journey of personal prayer, and for all who accompany others on such a journey. A book to treasure, to use and to make one’s own.”

Margaret Silf, Author of
